Lesson 1 - Episode 65: Organization and Social Media Systems

What makes your Brand Stand Out?

There are millions of Brands on the Internet. There are Millions of Real Estate Professionals too and only a small percentage of them make enough money to support their lifestyle.


If you study high producing agents, they all share a few common traits. However different they are, they all share these four elements of a profitable Real Estate Professional.


Niche

Prospect - Lead Generation

CRM

Follow Up


Let's break it down. I'll explain how each of these areas contributes to how you Build your Brand being Organized and Developing Social Media Systems.


But first - let me tell you something.


I started out knowing NOTHING about Branding when I started my professional career 20 years ago.


Literally nothing. And I didn't know that there were resources about Branding. I didn't seek them out. I just went along doing things my way.


But when I started paying attention {well people started paying attention to my Brand} - I implemented a few of these elements into my Brand and it really worked. Then I started working with Real Estate Professionals and started implementing these lesson's that I am about to share with you...and BOOM! That's right like magic business started popping for them.


You see, you can cloud yourself up with so much information from classes, webinars, friends, internet research, and events that you feel overwhelmed. You feel so overwhelmed you don't even know what to do or WHERE TO START! You with me? I know this because I see it every day. You just freeze up and say, "I will get to that tomorrow." Tomorrow is here!

Think about your PURPOSE and then write it down and keep it where you can see it every day. A Screen Saver, a note, on your mirror, on a cabinet, just somewhere where you can see it and it is a reminder for you each and every day.


Now when you start feeling overwhelmed, this is what you need to do. Focus on one thing at a time and make sure whatever you are doing has something to do with your PURPOSE.


So this lesson is about Organization and Social Media and we are going to Focus only on that and how they relate to our four elements - Niche, Prospect - Lead Generation, CRM, and Follow-Up.


I don't want you to overthink this and get ahead of yourself. The PURPOSE of this Course is to Build your Brand and we are going to focus on each lesson one at a time. No, overwhelm here! Got it.


Niche - Organization


What do I mean about Niche? You heard the term Farming, correct?


To become a successful real estate agent, you can’t go after every home buyer and seller. You have to target a few specific real estate niches in which you’ve proven an ability to close deals. These target audiences, property types, and price ranges may not be the ones you envisioned working with when you started your career as an agent, but there’s plenty of money to be made by specializing in select facets of real estate sales. Below are examples for selecting your target marketing niche.
